Perfectly Customized Daily is produced to the highest quality, we do not refund or returns on personalized items unless the item is faulty.
Customization: If the customization is incorrect customers have 2 weeks from the date the parcel was received to notify us.
Wrong order: Perfectly Customized Daily will not be held responsible if you ordered the wrong item, Wrong size, font, color. It is up to the customer to ensure all information provided is correct.
Return Period: We have a 2 week return period (14 days) from the date the parcel was received to notify us of any problems. Thereafter we will not be held liable.

Can I change or update my online order: We work to get your order out as fast possible, so once you place your order, we aren't able to make changes to the details of the order.
Damaged Box: We pack all orders with the outmost pride and care. We make sure all orders go out in a perfect condition. All packaging is free of charge, we don’t charge per a box like most brands. In a rare occasion the box can get damaged by the courier.
When using courier services, we want the delivery to be as fast as possible. At the same time, we expect from the courier company to handle our shipments with great care throughout their journey. Packages reach several depots and go through multiple hands until the driver delivers them to their recipients. Most of the time, trucks usually go fully loaded, the packages may move inside. The shape of the parcel determines how well they can be stacked or stored. Some occasions the box can get slightly damaged or distorted.
In the event of these rare occasions pcd. Will not be held liable when a box is slightly damaged or distorted. If the customer would like a replacement box, they are welcome to contact us on: info@
where pcd. will gladly give the customer new replacement box free of charge but the courier fee needs to be covered by the customer.
As a small business we already taking on a huge cost by giving out free gift cards and beautiful packaging. We cannot afford to take on the extra cost of a replacement box and courier fee.
Free Gift:
The Offer is restricted to one free gift per a customer, and subject to stock availability. Quantities are limited and all offers are subject to availability while stock lasts. The customer needs to inform us of the personalization for the free gift, if this information is not received, we will use the initials of the person who placed the order.
