Orders placed before 2:00 PM (SAST) (Johannesburg time) on weekdays (Mon–Fri) will start processing that same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Handling Time
- Customized Orders: 4–10 business days from the order cutoff time after payment is received and cleared.
- Standard Orders: 4–10 business days from the order cutoff time after payment is received and cleared.
- Orders are fulfilled and prepared for shipment Monday through Friday.
Transit Time
- Transit Time: 1–5 business days for all destinations within South Africa.
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
Total Estimated Delivery Time
- Orders typically arrive within 5–15 business days, including handling and transit time.
Shipping Fees/Delivery Options
- Gauteng: Standard Shipping fee of R95 (1–2 business days).
- Other Provinces: Standard Shipping fee of R110 (2–4 business days).
- Grey Areas/Outlying Areas: Standard Shipping fee of R195 (3–5 business days).
Additional Information
- Free Gift: Orders over R1200 qualify for a complimentary gift.
- Orders ship via The Courier Guy or ACT Logistics.
- Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.
- Customers in outlying areas are responsible for additional courier fees. Alternatively, orders can be redirected to a nearby PostNet or collected for an additional fee.
