Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (SAST) (Johannesburg time) on weekdays (Mon–Fri) will start processing that same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Handling Time

• Customized Orders: 4–10 business days from the order cutoff time after payment is received and cleared.
• Standard Orders: 4–10 business days from the order cutoff time after payment is received and cleared.
• Orders are fulfilled and prepared for shipment Monday through Friday.

Transit Time

• Transit Time: 1–5 business days for all destinations within South Africa.
• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

• Orders typically arrive within 5–15 business days, including handling and transit time.

Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order prior to the start of customization. However, please note that a 20% administrative/handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds on personalized items unless the item is faulty.

Customization Errors: If there’s an error in customization, customers have 30 days from receipt to notify us.

Personalize your accessory with your name, initials, saying / phrase and, or emoji – make it exactly how you want it.  Make It Your Own. Personalized as you like, and delivered to your door.

PCD. offers the first four letters for free for personalization and thereafter its R15 a letter.

If your personalization is fading with time due to wear and tear or metal letters are no longer sitting securely. please feel free to contact us on info@perfectlycustomizeddaily.com to arrange to send your piece back to us where we will re-emboss free of charge.  Courier to our office will be at your own expense and we will ship back to your requested location free of charge.  

Otherwise, you can come into our pop-up stores during agreed upon dates / times times to have your item re-embossed free of charge.
